Infosys SP and DSE Off-Campus 2026: Last Date, Where to Register, 7-Day Plan

The short answer: Infosys is running an off-campus drive for Specialist Programmer (SP) and Digital Specialist Engineer (DSE) trainee roles. Job sites and Infosys's Naukri listings say it is open to 2024, 2025 and 2026 graduates with up to two years of experience. Registration runs on an official Infosys form (Infosys form). Job site FreshersHunt reports that it closes on Friday, 6 November 2026 (FreshersHunt, 28 Oct 2026). Infosys's form shows no closing date, so check the form yourself, treat 6 November as the hard stop and register by Thursday, 5 November. Then practise timed coding, because the next step is a coding test.

Search "Infosys off campus drive last date" and you get three answers: 6 November, 9 November, or a job listing with no expiry date at all. Here is what we could check, and what to do this week.

Is the Infosys SP and DSE off-campus drive real?

Yes, on the evidence we could open:

1. The form sits on an Infosys domain. The registration form at surveys.infosysapps.com opens with an Infosys Limited privacy notice that names Infosys as the data fiduciary and lists its Electronic City, Bengaluru address (Infosys registration form, read 30 Oct 2026).
2. The same domain was used before. In January 2026, I K Gujral Punjab Technical University sent its colleges an Infosys SP and DSE off-campus notice with a registration link on the same surveys.infosysapps.com domain (IKGPTU letter, Jan 2026).
3. Infosys-account job listings exist. Infosys's own Naukri company account lists 2,000 SP trainee openings and 1,000 DSE trainee openings (Naukri SP listing; Naukri DSE listing).

This is a repeat drive. The January notice also said the test date would be "informed later" (IKGPTU letter, Jan 2026).

What is the last date to apply?

FreshersHunt, which links the official form, says to register "by Friday, 6 November 2026" and expect the test slot and centre by email after registration closes (FreshersHunt, 28 Oct 2026). The Naukri listing is still live and shows no expiry date (Naukri SP listing). Infosys has not published a deadline on any page we could open.

We are not linking the 9 November site because it sends readers to a non-Infosys domain.

Both can be true. A listing's expiry is when the advert drops off Naukri; a form can close earlier.

Our advice: treat 6 November as the deadline and submit by 5 November. Save a screenshot of the confirmation screen.

Who can apply?

Infosys's Naukri listings and job sites agree on the core rules:

• Batch: UG or PG pass-outs of 2024, 2025 or 2026.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years, so freshers qualify.
• Locations named: Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Delhi NCR.

Degrees and branches are where sources differ. FreshersHunt lists BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA and 5-year integrated MSc. It says a circulated Infosys notice limits branches to CSE, ISE, Data Science or AI-ML, IT, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, ECE, EEE and allied CS/IT streams (FreshersHunt, 28 Oct 2026). We could not find that notice. Infosys's notice for an earlier 2026 round used the same list (Infosys notice, Apr 2026). The Naukri listings say B.Tech or B.E. "in Any Specialization" and give no percentage or backlog rule (Naukri SP listing).

What to do: if you are from a CS, IT or electronics branch, you are inside every version of the rules. If you are from mechanical, civil or a non-engineering degree, read the form's own fields before you rely on any blog. The 2027 batch is not named in any source we read.

Infosys's form says your percentage or CGPA should be a simple average of all subjects or semesters, including electives and practicals (Infosys form). Work out that number from your marksheets before you open the form, so what you type matches your documents.

SP vs DSE: what is the difference?

FreshersHunt reports that one form covers both roles, and that your test and interview decide which offer you get, if any (FreshersHunt, 28 Oct 2026).

The SP posting names a wide stack, from Spring Boot and Kafka to React and Kubernetes. Don't panic at that list. Classic Jobs' own read is that a strong grip on one language, data structures, SQL and one web framework covers what both postings ask for at entry level (Classic Jobs, updated 29 Oct 2026). The listing also does not say how a candidate is placed at L1, L2 or L3.

What does the selection process look like?

The Infosys form does not describe the rounds. Treat what others report as a guide, not a promise.

As FreshersHunt describes this cycle: a 3-hour, in-person programming test at an Infosys centre, then an in-person interview. FreshersHunt adds that you travel to the centre at your own cost, so choose a centre you can actually reach (FreshersHunt, 28 Oct 2026). Infosys's notice for the April 2026 round described two 3-hour stages instead: an online test, then an in-person test and interview (Infosys notice, Apr 2026).

As candidates describe recent rounds:

• One 2026-batch candidate described three stages: an online test with three coding questions, then an offline proctored round of about four DSA questions at a college, then an interview on 16 October 2026 with one coding task in 25 minutes (takeUforward community, Oct 2026).
• That interview also covered OS scheduling, ACID, SOLID, JavaScript event-loop order, SQL and DBMS. Their brute-force answer timed out because they skipped a sieve for prime checks (takeUforward, Oct 2026).
• Another off-campus candidate wrote that their 6 September 2026 round had four questions, of which they had to solve any three, and that each question had public and private test cases (r/infosys, Sep 2026).
• A third candidate posted about an invite to an in-person SP/DSE coding assessment on 11 October 2026 (r/infosys, Oct 2026).

These accounts disagree on whether the first test is online or in person. None is an official rule for this round. The steady part: timed coding first, then an interview.

What kind of coding questions does Infosys ask?

The best primary clue is Infosys's own HackWithInfy sample question set (2025). It is not the SP/DSE paper. But it shows the style Infosys's coding contests use: long word problems, inputs up to about 100,000 items, and three labels, Easy, Medium and Hard (Infosys, HackWithInfy sample questions, 2025).

Two lessons stand out. "Easy" problems already need efficient code, because the limits are large. And several problems spend paragraphs on a story before the real task appears, so careful reading is part of the test. The 6 September candidate above said they ran short of time after spending too long on two DP questions and left the longest one to the end (r/infosys, Sep 2026).

Why is Infosys hiring freshers right now?

Infosys hired more than 8,000 college graduates in July to September 2026 and kept its full-year target of about 20,000. "We hired 8,000 college graduates in Q2. Our full year target remains 20,000," CEO Salil Parekh said on the results call (as reported by Moneycontrol, 23 Oct 2026; Mint, 24 Oct 2026). On the same call, CFO Jayesh Sanghrajka said Infosys hired about 13,000 freshers in the first half (Motley Fool transcript, 23 Oct 2026).

Take about 13,000 (Motley Fool transcript, 23 Oct 2026) from about 20,000 (as reported by Moneycontrol, 23 Oct 2026) and roughly 7,000 are left for the second half. The AI angle is real too. Infosys said AI revenue was 10.5% of total revenue in the quarter (Motley Fool transcript, 23 Oct 2026). Mint reported earlier in October that Infosys trains new graduates in AI before they work with clients, and that about 80,000 of its employees already use AI coding tools (as reported by Mint, 15 Oct 2026). But this drive's reported step is a timed coding test, so practise solving problems alone.

Key dates and what to do this week

A 7-day plan before 6 November

Day 1: Check you qualify. Read the batch, experience and branch rules above. Gather your 10th, 12th and semester marksheets.

Day 2: Register. Use the form on the surveys.infosysapps.com domain only. Use one email ID and one phone number everywhere, so the test invite reaches the right inbox (Classic Jobs, updated 29 Oct 2026).

Day 3: Pick one language. Java, Python or C++. Learn its fast input reading, sorting and hash map tools. The 6 September candidate hit an input-format problem mid-test (r/infosys, Sep 2026). If Python is your choice, a python online test for beginners can show which basics are shaky.

Day 4: Easy-but-large problems. Sliding window, prefix sums and BFS. Solve two of the HackWithInfy Easy samples in under an hour each.

Day 5: Medium patterns. One DP problem and one union-find problem. Add a sieve for primes, given the timeout story above.

Day 6: Full mock. Three problems, three hours, no AI tools. Read all problems first. Bank the easiest one fully before chasing the hard one.

How to spot fake links and fake offers

Edufusion is not connected to Infosys and does not take registrations. One job site we read called a non-Infosys website the "official career portal" for this drive. Register only on the Infosys form, check Infosys's careers site for updates, and run three checks:

1. No fees, ever. Infosys says it "never requests for fees for any purpose during or after the hiring process." It also says it will not ask for an interview on chat apps (Infosys fraud alert).
2. Check any offer on Infosys's own site. Infosys's fraud page links to an offer check at career.infosys.com/offerValidation (Infosys fraud alert). In 2024, Infosys also said it no longer emails offer letters as attachments (as reported by Times Now, 8 Oct 2024).
3. Paid "direct links" are a red flag. If someone offers a paid slot or paid referral for this drive, walk away (Classic Jobs, updated 29 Oct 2026).

Not the same thing: TCS NQT and TCS iON NQT

TCS's own All India NQT Hiring page for the 2024 to 2026 batches shows that cycle's registration as closed, with tests from 10 March 2026 (TCS, All India NQT Hiring). TCS iON NQT is a separate scorecard test run by TCS iON. It is held every two to four weeks, closes applications 10 to 15 days before each test, and does not itself arrange interviews (TCS iON, NQT). Check which one a "TCS NQT November" post is talking about before you act.

What we could not verify

• We could not find the 6 November date on any Infosys page. The Infosys form itself shows no closing date.
• The branch list for this round comes from a notice quoted by FreshersHunt. We could not find that notice.
• Round formats come from candidate posts. They are real accounts, not official rules, and they differ.
• Infosys has not published a test date for this cycle in any source we read.
