Who we are
Edufusion Insights is Edufusion's long-read section. Our promise is simple: the clearest read on what Indian employers actually want right now, backed by data. We write for Indian students, freshers and early-career job seekers. Every post is published under the byline Edufusion Editorial.
What we cover and how we pick topics
We only write about topics that have evidence they're trending right now. Before we start a post, we look for four signals:
- Recent news: reports or data released in the last few weeks.
- Rising searches: more people in India searching for the topic.
- Live discussion: people actively talking about it online.
- Real search demand: questions people are actually asking about it.
If a topic doesn't show enough of these signals, we don't write about it, even if it sounds interesting.
How we source
- Primary sources first. We start with company filings, official releases and government data. We use news reports and other secondary sources only when no primary source exists, or to cross-check one.
- Every number is linked. Each figure links to where it came from and shows its date.
- Media reports are attributed. When a number comes from a news report, we say "as reported by" and name the outlet.
- Vendor-funded surveys are labelled. If a survey comes from a company that sells hiring, staffing or training services, we say so next to the number.
- Conflicts are shown, not hidden. When two sources disagree, we show both figures and explain why they differ, for example because they cover different groups or time periods.
- No anonymous claims. We don't publish claims from unnamed sources.
How each post is reviewed
Every post goes through six steps before it's published:
- Research brief: we check that the topic is trending and collect the sources.
- Editorial outline: we plan the sections and the source each one draws on.
- Draft: we write the post in plain language.
- Line-by-line fact check: we reopen every source and confirm each figure and date. Anything we can't confirm is fixed or cut.
- SEO and accuracy review: a second review of the headline, structure, links and claims.
- Final editorial approval: the post is signed off before it goes live.
Corrections policy
If you think we got something wrong, email us at support@edufusion.in. Please include the post's link, the line in question and, if you can, a source.
We check every report. When we confirm an error, we fix it promptly and add a dated correction note at the end of the post. The note explains what changed. We don't quietly edit mistakes away.
Update cadence
- Time-sensitive posts, such as hiring trends, are reviewed when major new data lands, for example a company's quarterly results. These posts show a "last updated" date at the top.
- Evergreen posts are reviewed at least every six months.
Independence
We don't publish sponsored content, paid placements or affiliate links. No one pays to appear in a post or to change what it says.
Some posts link to Edufusion's own skill tests. We add these links only where they're relevant to the section, and they are never paid for by third parties.
Use of AI
We may use AI tools to help with research and drafting. AI does not decide what we publish. Before any post goes live, our editorial team checks every fact against its source.
